Sue was always available for questions. She found us houses that fit our want list. And found our present house even when I wasn't sure from the listing that it was what we want. Turned out to be perfect for us. She did a market analysis and helped us put in a fair offer that was accepted. When it came time to sell our house she gave me suggestions on what would help us sell our home and what would be nice but maybe not necessary. She did a market analysis and helped us find a price to list the house. We had an offer the first day we listed. She negotiated a good price (higher than their offer) and today we closed on that sale today. Each step along the way she was positive, professional and helpful..
